getObjectTypeDraft

Get the active DRAFT for an object type.

Returns the current draft state of the object type, including:

• Draft-mode metadata changes (displayName, description, displayIdPrefix, icon)
• workspace_id and workspace_ids — current workspace assignments (direct-write, always live)
• Sections
