Find the information you need
For any question you ask, Atom provides complete, actionable answers. Every response blends information from multiple sources with the right next steps, so you can act immediately.
For example, if you say “I’m locked out of my account,” Atom will reply with:
Knowledge + actions in one place: Provide quick troubleshooting steps and the form to request a password reset — in a single response.
Contextual call-to-action (CTA) buttons: Include a Reset Password option so that the next steps are tailored to what you’re trying to do — whether that’s submitting a request, opening documentation, or triggering a workflow.
Answers to multiple requests at once: If you also mention you’ve lost access to your MFA device in the same message, Atom will include instructions for setting up MFA again — alongside the account reset steps.
Instant answers from multiple sources
Atom can pull information from anywhere it matters — your company’s internal documentation, trusted external sources, recent public support conversations — and combine it into a single, helpful response with the right actions.
From your company's internal documentation
You can quickly find answers to questions about policies, processes, or technical steps — from the leave policy to connecting to the company VPN. Atom understands your question and delivers the most relevant information, citing sources where needed.
Examples of questions you can ask Atom:
How do I set up my email on my phone?
What should I do if I receive a phishing email?
When is the next payroll date?
How do I apply for parental leave?
How do I access my work files from my home?
From trusted, public sources
Need troubleshooting steps for tools like Outlook, Zoom, or Salesforce? Atom brings you a clear summary from official support sources including relevant actions if needed.
For example, if you want to know why Outlook isn’t syncing between your phone and desktop, Atom will walk you through Microsoft’s recommended fix and even give you a button to request IT help if the problem continues.
From recent answers on your public and standard channels
If enabled by your IT admin, Atom can learn from conversations on public Slack or standard and shared MS Teams channels. This ensures it always has the most recent and relevant answers to your questions.
So, if the WiFi setup process changed last week and it was discussed in #global-IT-help, Atom will share a summary of that conversation and the official WiFi policy, so you can pick what works best.
Solve common issues by yourself
Atom’s one-touch Skills help you fix common problems instantly, without logging a request or waiting on the IT team for a response. It guides you through the process, including initiating approvals when needed.
