The Atomicwork portal is your central hub for managing interactions with service teams like IT, HR, Finance and others. Monitor updates, raise requests, report incidents, and track tasks and approvals—all in one place.
View and track requests
You can monitor all your requests across workspaces, whether created by you or on your behalf by an agent. When you open a request in the portal, you’ll see all related conversations, the current status, and the assigned agent. You can also reply to the request from here.
Raise new requests or report incidents
The portal allows you to raise new requests or report incidents directly from the dashboard. Click on the Create button at the top left, select the appropriate option, and fill out the form to get started.
Manage journeys, approvals and tasks
Keep track of any pending approvals or tasks assigned to you. The Approvals and tasks tab in the left navigation bar lets you easily see what requires your attention.
The Journeys tab provides a comprehensive view of any ongoing or completed journeys you’re a part of. Whether you’ve been assigned a journey or are collaborating with others on one, this section will help you stay organized and on top of your responsibilities.
While the Assistant helps you self-serve and connect with your teams effortlessly, the user portal offers a unified dashboard to manage all these touchpoints.
