Unburden your IT teams and supercharge employee productivity with Atom skills. With Atom's assistance and without the helpdesk's intervention, employees can easily resolve commonly recurring issues, like account lockouts, user provisioning, and app access, themselves without a human-in-the-loop.

For example, if an employee needs access to a software, all they have to do is:

  1. Ask the Assistant for access over DM

  2. The Assistant will record the request, collect information and request approval (if required)

  3. If no approval is required, access will be granted right away by the Assistant and the request marked as closed with the Assistant as the agent

  4. If approval is required, access will be granted only after approval is obtained.
