Help employees help themselves through Atom skills. Employees can check the availability of their line-of-business tools, such as Zoom, Jira, GitHub, Datadog, and so on.
The playbook
Employees can ask Atom a variant of "Is <app name> up?" or "What is the status of <app name>?"
Atom will check the status page of the app and respond with an update
Instructions
Go to Settings > Workspace > Skills > Enable Answer questions about app status
Click on Enable and choose the list of apps. You can choose from apps like Figma, Zoom, Jira, Slack, GitHub, Datadog, Box, Netsuite, Lucidchart, Miro, Tableau, Smartsheet.
Make sure to save your options so Atom starts answering questions about uptime!
