You can now export and print detailed records for every change in Atomicwork. This helps teams prepare reports for auditing, compliance, or internal review by consolidating all key information into a single document.

Say your IT team needs to provide auditors with a complete history of a high-impact change, or you’re investigating a problem that requires a document with all related activities and discussions for a compliance review. You can quickly generate a comprehensive, printable record in just a few clicks.

Printing records

You can export a change to a printable format by clicking on Print from the top left. The exported document includes:

  • Attributes and activities

  • Stage details

  • Conversations and comments

  • Associated forms

This allows anyone to see the full history of the change in a single place.

Each export supports upto 1,000 comments and 1,000 activities.

If a change contains more than this, only the first 1,000 items of each type will be included.

Note: If a change contains an unusually large number of comments or activities (for example, more than 6,000 conversations), please reach out to your Customer Success manager to provide an Excel export on request.

Viewing forms

If an assessment form (such as a risk assessment) is attached to the change, it will be included in the exported document.

  • If the form was completed, the entered details will be shown.

  • If the form was not filled, it will still appear as part of the export, with no responses filled in.

This ensures audit teams can clearly distinguish between optional fields that were left empty and fields that were not available at all.
