An audit log, also known as an activity log or audit trail, is a chronological record of events or actions that have occurred within Atomicwork. Audit logs are crucial for monitoring security-related events.
They help in identifying and responding to security breaches, unauthorized access attempts, or suspicious activities. By reviewing the log, administrators can detect and mitigate security threats in a timely manner. Only Atomicwork organization admins have access to the audit log.
Accessing the Atomicwork audit log
Navigate to Settings > Audit log under Organization
The audit log will show you who performed the action, the action category, the IP address, and the time the action occurred. For the sake of brevity, Atomicwork groups certain actions. For example, if you add two users - Amanda and Brianne - to the IT workspace, Atomicwork will record the activity as "Added 2 users to the IT workspace"
