Measure employee satisfaction with your service management, through satisfaction surveys.
Once enabled, a satisfaction survey will be sent to the requester when a request is marked as resolved. This can be a 2-, 3-, or 5-point survey. You can analyse survey results through our survey report.
Setup satisfaction survey
Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Satisfaction survey.
Toggle Send satisfaction survey on.
Once you do, you can customize the survey question for your end users and select a scale for the survey.
You can also customize the text and the emoji that is sent to the end user.

Sending a survey and viewing the results
When a request is marked as resolved, a survey is sent to the end user through the channel they raised the request in: Slack, Teams or email.
Once they submit feedback, the feedback is displayed in the request details page.
