Enhancing employee satisfaction is key to business success, and satisfaction surveys are a powerful tool in achieving this goal. Discover how leveraging these surveys can provide valuable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Please note that satisfaction surveys are sent to employees when a request is marked as resolved. Every workspace can view its own satisfaction survey report; only workspace admins and org admins have access to these reports.

  • Navigate to Analytics > Your Workspace > Satisfaction.

How to read this report

Overall employee satisfaction

This is calculated by dividing the total number of happy ratings by the total number of ratings received by the workspace.

  1. For the 2-point scale: #helpful / total responses * 100

  2. For the 3-point scale: #good / total responses * 100

  3. For the 5-point scale: (#excellent + #good) / total responses * 100

Surveys sent vs response received

The graph plots the total number of surveys sent, responses received and the number of written feedback notes from employees
