Please note that satisfaction surveys are sent to employees when a request is marked as resolved. Every workspace can view its own satisfaction survey report; only workspace admins and org admins have access to these reports.
Navigate to Analytics > Your Workspace > Satisfaction.
How to read this report

Overall employee satisfaction | This is calculated by dividing the total number of happy ratings by the total number of ratings received by the workspace.
