Enable employee self-service through Atom skills. Your employees can request (and get) application access, without waiting for an administrator to intervene. The Assistant grants access by adding the employee to the right Azure AD group.
The playbook
An end-user asks the Assistant for access to an approved app
The Assistant asks them to state the reason for the inclusion. If there's an approval policy associated with the app, an approval notification is sent to the approvers.
Once it's been approved, the Assistant adds the end-user to the Azure AD group and notifies the employee.
Instructions
Go to Settings > Workspace > Skills
Click the Provision applications through Azure AD groups skill > Enable. If you have not connected Azure AD with Atomicwork, you will now be prompted to do so.
Choose the applications for which you'd like to provision access through the Assistant. This list of applications is drawn from the apps you've connected with your Azure AD account.
If the application is linked to an Azure AD group, you'll be prompted to choose the group that end-users should be added to. If the app is not linked to any group, you have to do so through the Microsoft Entral portal
If the app provisioning requires an approval, choose an existing approval policy or create a new one. Approvals can be managed centrally from Settings > Your workspace > Approval policies.
Click on Enable.
To change approval policies, provision more apps through this skill or remove apps, you can do so from the Skill home screen by clicking on Manage.
