# provisionIgaServiceItemByRequest

Provision the IGA access request for a service request.

Request-keyed variant of `provisionIgaServiceItem`: resolves the service-item-instance from
the service request (SER) id and provisions it. The grant recipient / IdP-group subject is
the instance's owner (the requester), not the caller.

## Parameters
