Enable Atom to fulfill frequently encountered issues like password resets by enabling relevant skills. Atom can now reset Azure AD passwords on Slack and Teams.
Notes
Global admins cannot reset their own password using the skill.
Admins can't reset passwords for accounts with more privileges than their own. For example, user management admins can't reset passwords for other admins.
What do you need for this skill?
Azure AD - Atomicwork integration. Please make sure to enable user administrator permission for the Atomicwork app.
Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Skills > Enable "Azure AD password reset" skill
How does this skill work?
An employee can ask Atom to reset their password
Atom will verify their date of birth and issue a temporary password, which will be deleted within two minutes of issuance (for security reasons). If you'd like to use a different verification method, please contact our team.
Every password reset request will be recorded in the Atomicwork portal in the workspace where the skill has been enabled with the request assigned to the agent who resolved it: Atom.
