Agent Assist uses trusted public documentation to provide agents with richer, more informed recommendations when resolving requests. These external sources complement your internal data by adding context, surfacing known issues, and suggesting proven solutions from widely used tools and services.

This set of sources is not configurable by admins. It is managed by Atomicwork and designed to cover a broad range of commonly used applications and systems in IT environments.

Agent Assist may reference content from these sources while identifying root causes, or recommending short-term and long-term actions. All insights are cited and linked, so agents can easily explore the original content.
